For me, 2011 was definitely a mixed bag. But through that, blogging was one of the things I enjoyed the most. That, and the great work of political subversion I've been involved in. 2011 was a year of insurrection: and if we've been sometimes too glib in comparing Occupy and strikes to Tahrir Square, both still reflect a global trend of people no longer taking our masters' cruelties lying down.
